We have tried many complicated mold recipes, but none seems to work as well or are as easy to use as Hydroperm and water. Like most pate-de-verre investment materials, this makes a 'one shot' mold that is discarded when it is removed from the glass casting. Hydroperm does not require a coating of kiln wash so the glass will capture finger print details. This versatile material can be used in conjunction with all types of model forms including clay, plastic, latex and lost wax. Sold in 5 pound boxes.
