These fine line sifters from RKO Designs are perfect tools to use if you want to draw with powdered glass. Place powders, fine frit or enamels into the stainless steel reservoir then hold the sifter over your base glass. Gently rubbing back and forth along the textured handle causes a fine steady stream of powder to fall out of the sifter’s tip. The sifters reservoir holds over a gram of powder at one time. The small hole allows only a small amount of powder to disburse. The Fine Line Sifters are built strong enough to survive a lot of abuse, including dropping and being thrown into your tool box.
There are three different sifters, each designed for a different glass particle size - powdered frit, fine frit or enamels. Choose the right one for the glass you are using.
Each sifter comes with a ring for rubbing, a cone cleaning brush and simple instructions.
