Mega-Mold, with foot

At last there is a large mold available to the serious kiln worker. Our extra large, shallow bowl form measures 20 1/2" across and is 2 3/16" deep. To prevent warpage our mold features a rolled back edge that is smooth and solid. A "kick" in the center gives the finished pieces a slight foot so the piece will sit solid for a lifetime of use. The mold comes with pre-drilled vent holes and instructions that discuss kiln wash procedures, firing and annealing suggestions.
