Wet Felt
Wet Felt, also know as wet blanket is a formable mold making material. It consists of 1/4" ceramic fiber blanket saturated with a liquid rigidizing solution. To make a mold, just shape the wet felt over an existing form and allow it to dry. The ridged form can now be coated with kiln wash and used as a form to bend glass into or over. Amazingly simple and east to use, wet felt is a very popular mold material.
